there is no right or wrong, only perception.

EMERGENCY!
hello, zach. it appears as though your prior experiences have not all been for nothing, at least as far as me gleaning anything from your exploits at home and abroad is concerned. wait. that sounded pretty bad. here: zach, i need advice. the italians call it advitchey! how do i hit on a south american? she's already asked me my name and mentioned 'her country' and claimed to be embarrassed by her heavy print load. now i feel like i should take all of those things into account and hit on her. but, sadly, i'm verklempt and non-vigorous. is there any hope for me making a latin woman un-bored? help me. you are my only hope.

ps:
Nietzsche's goal is a revaluation of all values, a thorough checking of the old inherited beliefs. He is not rejecting all old values, but sounding them out to see which ones are hollow. He suspects that much, if not all, past moral philosophy has merely dressed up unquestioned values in the language of reason.

Unlike Mill, he thinks that what people really want is not pleasure but some sense of meaning in life. For this they will suffer almost any hardship or pain.

"The will to a system is a lack of integrity." The desire for a system, a consistent theory (such as utilitarianism) is a desire for a kind of neatness not found in oneself. It is a fantasy, and a hypocritical one at that. We do not really want consistency, we want exceptions.

It is honorable to be honest because one hates dishonesty, but cowardly to be honest because God forbids dishonesty.

Morality must not be rejected, but it must be challenged in order for it to stay healthy and strong.

yo buckshot, look who's talking. no, but honestly, in this day and age it's insane to hold insanity against someone. if anything it's rational.

the wisdom of the world leads to death, brother, consider not what will wither and die but the breath of God that will live on into eternity . . .

zach thats exactly the sort of question that we all know to be loaded and ridiculous.... but still, um. I don't know.

right and wrong are situational and measured much more in degrees than in extremes. Like it used to be alright to be married to 12 year old girls but now that makes me a pervert. God used to endorse genocide but now she doesn't (or so they say). I think you know what I mean- it works differently in thousands of different situations. This is mindboggling and in my mind at least makes the entire issue quite resistant to any sort of "rational thought"
